UNCLASSIFIED Sp. z o.o. is implementing a project co-financed by European Founds Sm.ai email2ticket - Machine Learning for customer service system No: POPW.01.01.02-26-0012/22-00 date of contract signing 07.12.2022.

The aim of the project is to replace costly human labor with a robot (artificial intelligence) in the performance of seemingly uncomplicated activities, but so unique and unstructured that they have not previously been possible to perform without human participation. The proposed solution is undoubtedly a product innovation on a supra-national scale. The greatest benefit provided by machine learning on the basis of artificial intelligence methods is its increasing precision (expressed in the low number of errors performed for human operations) and with the passage of time of its use (teaching) regardless of the language, the SM.ai solution learns itself, improving its efficiency. The additional added value of SM.ai is the ability to self-modify (adapt) to ongoing changes, without the need to involve IT departments, particularly programmers, to do so.
